Eddie V’s  History

Guy Villavaso and Larry Foles established the very first Eddie V’s in Austin, Texas in the year 2000. The chain was acquired by Darden Restaurants, Inc. and, later it became a wholly-owned affiliate of the Darden’s Specialty Restaurant Group.
