Qdoba History
Anthony Miller and Robert Hauser Robert Hauser and Anthony Miller opened Zuma Fresh Mexican Grill in Denver, Colorado in 1995. Zuma Fresh Mexican Grill, which is operational today, is the predecessor to Qdoba Mexican Eats. The name change was made in the month of October in an attempt by the management to differentiate the restaurant from its competitors.
The chain is currently comprised of approximately 650 restaurants spread across most states of the United States as well as in the District of Columbia and Canada.
