Raising Cane’s History

The story of Raising Cane is fascinating and inspiring. The idea of running a restaurant was born in the 90s in the 1990s for Todd Graves and Craig Silvey. They had their business plans snubbed by college professors as well as potential investors. They claimed that a restaurant that focuses on chicken fingers will not work.

Graves began his career as a boilermaker in LA and was employed for 90-hour weeks. Graves and Silvey later were able to become commercial fishermen in Alaska. Their hazardous days were long by 20 hours. They saved their funds and were able to get the SBA loan. Their flagship store was inaugurated close to the LSU campus in the year 1996.

The restaurant’s location was near a drive-in Chicken Finger rival. Friends and family members helped in the opening of the restaurant and the names of their patrons are inscribed on the wooden structure. The restaurant became so popular that they were required to open until 3:30 am. In 1999, their competitor was shut down.

Silvey has sold his interest in the business in 1999 in order to pursue his studies. He returned in the future as vice-president for finance as well as information technology. They have now over 200 locations across 20 states from coast to coast. They also have a facility in Kuwait. The company is growing rapidly and, As the chief executive, Graves and the chain have donated 25percent of the earnings to the communities they serve.

Raising Cane’s Review

The main goal of Raising Cane’s is their chicken fingers. Their chicken is freshly prepared and never frozen. They use top-quality chicken breast tenderloins and make use of a unique marinade that aids in tenderizing and retaining moisture in addition to adding flavor. Each tenderloin is individually dipped and baked. They are then fried in a mix of high-quality Canola Oil.

The fries are cut from the center of Grade A potatoes, and they are extremely long. They are cooked until they have a golden brown crisp on the outside but soft inside. Coleslaw is created at each restaurant every day. Texas Toast Texas Toast is made from sesame seed bread that is coated with a mix of garlic and butter before grilling.

Cane’s Sauce is a coveted flavor. Every batch is freshly made every day. The recipe is kept secret, and only the general management knows about the recipe. They serve Coca-Cola drinks and also their own lemonade and tea. The tea is sweet or unsweetened varieties and is freshly brewed several times throughout the daily. Lemonade is also squeezed out of real lemons every day.

Chicken fingers are served as a combination with sauces, drinks, and other sides. The price is usually $10 or less. More substantial orders of chicken fingers can be prepared to accommodate large gatherings.

The lemonade and iced tea can also be purchased in gallons. The food is served in an enjoyable environment that is clean and welcoming. Raising cane’s chicken Fingers might not offer lots of options However, they do provide delicious freshly cooked chicken fingers.
